Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to reach revenue targets.
  • Preparing monthly sales reports.
  • Preference will be given to those with experience in selling FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods and Cosmetics) products especially soap, shampoo, coffee, toothpaste, body spray, face wash etc.
  • Working according to the route plan.
  • Achieving monthly sales targets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and distributors.
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor sales teams to achieve their goals.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and training to improve the performance of the sales team.
  • Communicate clearly and persuasively with distributors, customers, team members, and other stakeholders.
  • Analyze sales data and market insights to make informed decisions and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
